Nestling at the foot of the Moelwyn mountain range alongside a lake, this Eco Guest House is ideal for exploring Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales in a tranquil setting.

Within walking distance you can enjoy the nearby steam trains, dog walks, easy rambles, climbing, fishing, industrial heritage, nature and stunning open views.

1883 house, within a rural location. 6 rooms in total, some with solar panels. There's rain water recycling, detatched turf roofed with sheeps wool insulation, wet rooms, some disabled access and all en suite....

Off road parking is available, acre of grounds with hide-away benches with tree stump wine glass tables. Mountain stream with Duck Pond plus ducks!

Cosy log fires, 100% renewable electricity, massive insulation and award winning extenstions. Two dining rooms. If its too cold outside, but you want to enjoy the view, you can, in one of the 2 conservatorys. There's also, a TV room, free wi-fi, green sauna and local fair-trade / home grown foods, used where possible!
